The brief was to design a grand, unique and spacious luxury home that would be targeted at high-net- worth individuals who require convenient access into Central London and yet still enjoy the fresh air of countryside living. With bespoke finishes 'Kings Chase' exudes sheer opulence, and compares equally with West End luxury boutique hotels whilst retaining the essence and feel of a lavish countryside home.

No attention to detail was spared when selecting the design components that make up this truly stunning house, which includes  bespoke 2.75m high black walnut floor-to-ceiling doors swathed with 260mm high bespoke hardwood skirting and architrave, elegantly designed interiors, sumptuous wall coverings, custom-designed kitchen, a magnificent 15m stone loggia leading onto the garden, 3m Italian porcelain tiles, a majestic freestanding helical staircase, a stunning 10 seater split level cinema with 5m screen, 50ft games room with pool and poker tables, climate controlled 200 bottle glass wine cellar, two cocktail bars one featuring backlit Onyx from Iran, the gorgeous dining room, with its commanding views holds court at the heart of the house and finally the showpiece - a stunning spa centre with 11m pool, steam room and another large spa for chromotherapy.

Externally, as residents approach Kings Chase, they are welcomed to luxury by our bespoke security gates, these open automatically using the latest technology to recognise residents, and lead them into the spacious and secure underground parking area. Guests are able to park securely on the forecourt before exiting into the manicured landscape. As they walk towards the property, guests are greeted with the impressive and intricate stonework, featuring Portland Stone sourced from Goonvean in Cornwall.
