Know how

At handover, you will be provided with a comprehensive information pack which has been created specifically for your new home. 

This pack will contain:

  • Household appliances information such as ambient temperature control
  • Instructions for use of alarms, intercom and other security devices and applications
  • Guidance on items that may need regular servicing and information on their maintenance schedules
  • An explanation of our after sales procedures
  • Warranty documents and related information provided by suppliers
  • Last but not least, a clear explanation of the warranty cover we provide including our duties and responsibilities to you and confirmation of the period of cover
